About Mary 

Mary has over thirty years of experience in the accounting and consulting industry.  Mary spent nearly twenty years with Crowe, a top ten accounting and consulting firm. Mary served as a client service partner and leader at Crowe. Her roles included Risk Management Consulting, Practice Leadership, Market Development, Business Development, Client Relationships, Large Engagement Leadership, and Organizational Development including DEI Leadership. 

Since 2010, Mary has provided organizational strategy and behavior consulting working exclusively with financial and professional services organizations.  Consulting services focus on all aspects of building diverse, equitable and inclusive organizations and talent pipelines to support business goals and strategy.     Mary Bennett has authored many articles and publications.
